On check in, we were very surprised to be given an upgrade to stay in a large Japanese-style bedroom. The host was so kind, he even came to tell us that a deer was right outside our window which was an incredible sight! Check-in and out was effortless and the location was great, right in the heart of Nara City and so close to Nara Park and Tennoji Temple.
