All staffs came out to the front to welcome us at check in and they immidiately wiped all of our luggages after unloading. I love how the staffs are always offering help and being so polite and friendly. The facility is well maintained and hygiene is at good standard. The room was very comfortable and the view from the window very pleasing. Onsens were also very relaxing, and the dinner and breakfast was top notch. I especially like that you can place your pc on the windowsill and work there (instead of the low table for those not good with Japanese sitting style). The facility has everything it needs as a Ryokan like a good relaxing lounge after enjoying the onsen with milk and other drinks.
