The staff were super friendly, the location was central and an easy walk from the station. We had the quadruple room for our family of 4 which was the biggest we stayed in during our time in Japan. The food was exceptional - we had dinner (paid extra for dinner) & breakfast, both served in our room. The tea ceremony and the outfits were also a fabulous experience.
