It is comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. So is the kitchen. For a reasonable price you can have your laundry done. There's public wifi and even for a small fee private wifi if you prefer. Public transportation is close and easy to walk to. There are plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores. Walk 3 blocks and you can get Starbucks.
