Great hotel directly at the beach. The premise is in perfect conditions, very clean and thought trough. Plenty of seating options and a rooftop with ocean view. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly, delivering perfect service.

We had a very comfortable stay at Kaas Villas, clean and cozy. Perfect location with very nice restaurants nearby, few steps from very quiet Dickwella beach and approximately 20 minutes walk to Hiriketiya Beach (a little bit crowded). Staff were very helpful, especially Pradeep - who was always eager to help.

Fantastic Villa with beautiful and comfortable and clean rooms and garden. The owner gave us the best hospitality on our vaccation. He Arranged tuk tuks and made reservations to the best lankesic restaurant in town. The place had everything, a big fantastic pool for the kids, after surf close to the fantastic beach. A well equiped kitchen, easy to make breakfast. A quite and calm, private place where we could relax and spend our time in the best place in the south of sri lanka.

Without doubt the best accommodation we experienced in Sri Lanka. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome with coconuts and a tour of the house. The rooms were incredibly fresh and well cleaned. The host was incredibly helpful and organized tuktuk for day trips and also Taxi to Ella at a good price. Our favorites were the roof top where we could sit together and play games and look at the view. The shower which was open to the sky was also very nice. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. We want to give our host a big thank you for all the help and service we received during our stay here.

What a hidden gem! Jeremy and the team are excellent hosts, attending to every request we had, whether it was transport, excursions, or restaurant bookings. The guesthouse is perfectly situated at a comfortable distance from both Dickwella and Hiriketiya, offering perfect peace and tranquility. There is a wide variety of traditional and modern dining options just a short tuk-tuk ride away. The place is immaculately clean, with the grounds extending to a gorgeous beach that was peacefully quiet (which we loved!). A big shout-out to Roshan and his lovely daughter Nikya, our trusty tour guide, who were brilliant in giving advice and organizing any outings we took. A fantastic stay with some great memories made. Highly recommended!

This was our first time vacationing on the island of Sri Lanka. I can confidently say that the time we spent in this house left the best impressions. We initially booked this house for a few nights but then extended our stay. The house has its own large area by Sri Lankan standards, beautiful garden with bananas, mangoes and other trees. It is away from the busy road which is a huge positive. You can relax and enjoy nature. Dikwella beach with a very gentle entrance and no big waves is about 10 minutes walk. The house is very clean and cozy. High ceilings, wooden furniture, a lot of small details pleasant to the eye. The room has good furniture and plumbing, there is air conditioning and no problems with hot water and sewage. The host carefully monitors the order in the house. Amila is always ready to give you any help, solve problems, always with a smile and good mood. We learned from him a lot of new and interesting things about the customs in Sri Lanka, the way of life of the islanders, traditions in the family. He never refused us in communication. We additionally bought breakfasts and dinner. They were very tasty and varied. This is real home food, not like in hotels. Amila also has wonderful parents. Evenings spent with this family will always remain in our memory. We would like to say thank you very much for your hospitality and we are sure that we will definitely come back here again.

    The best accommodation I stayed in during my three weeks in Sri Lanka. It was excellent value for me and my partner but there are two double rooms and absolutely loads of space making even better value for a group of four. The villa included a private pool, modern facilities and a roof top area. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding.

    This was one of my favorite accommodations in Sri Lanka. The room was nice and clean and there is a big balcony and a kitchen guests can use. It’s only a very short walk to the beautiful beach and you can see a lot of animals on the way. The owners welcomed me with a juice and the communication was very good! I extended my stay twice.

    The best stay during our holiday in 60 days. Clean and very spacious, and very good value for your money. Our host, Pramit, made it very comfortabel during our stay, we stayed 6 night and we're missing Dikwella already.

    Wow - what an amazing place to stay. The family were lovely, thank you to the 3 boys who cooked us breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, make sure you eat there! The accommodation is spacious and lovely. We got a welcome drink on arrival too. The accom is perfectly located for Hiriketiya beach, a 2 minute walk away

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Breeze Bay villa and it was an unforgettable experience. This place is amazing. Owners and staff are so kind and very friendly. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Seriously its fully surround by nature and birds are singing morning omg its amazing. Food and beverages are so delicious. I can’t wait to return to Breeze bay on my next visit. Highly recommended!
