The breakfast was great as I am not much of a eater and the room was comfortable. I like the privacy the accommodation offers. I had enjoyed my stay and will be going back there.

This place is very good considering it is in Oshakati. Not much to see or do and not a lot of accommodation in the area. Reasonably priced for what you get.

On my first night the guesthouse was overbooked, so I had to stay in another place which went all well and I received one free night at Kate's! And finally I stayed five nights in total!
Lovely, clean, new guesthouse with best ever <3 staff team (10+ points!)! Fridge + small kettle in the room were super useful!

I would appreciate food delivery services and transport services affiliated to the courtyard. Otherwise very peaceful stay I loved it.

Stayed at Rocha's Hotel on two separate occasions, each time in the same room - we went back the second time as we were happy with the first visit and weren't disappointed on the second visit. Check-in was quick and easy and the reception staff were extremely polite and friendly. There was secure parking for our large car which was essential for us.

The rooms are very clean and Very welcoming .the view is mesmerizing with the pool in the center. The staffs are more than friendly. They make sure you are comfortable during your stay. I was surprised by the welcome we got it was so awesome. Keep it up. There is wifi as well. The only thing missing in the standard room was a mini fridge . Hoping they work on it next time. Best accommodation ever. Will definitely come back again and recommend .

Really nice guesthouse. A little paradise where to stop during the trip. Everything was really clean and cosy. We spent here two nights and we enjoyed our staying. Wifi was really stable and fast.
