It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and welcoming. The lounge areas were warm, clean and cosy and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. My expectations were hugely exceeded, it was no problem for us to collect the key prior to check in time on our way though to Dunedin, the room was spotless (cleaner than some 5 star accommodation I’ve stayed in) and not dated. To top things off when we got back at 2:30am on a freezing cold night we found the heaters had been turned on in the room something so simple yet so thoughtful.
