The owner is very friendly , the house is very clean , yummy breakfast which included in the price. Place are so beautiful not so far from apo island. Really Nice place to stay. For ppl who likes watching tv , they dont have it. But its ok. The swimming pool is very Nice, its warm and our children really enjoyed swimming in the pool Till in the evening 10pm and sometimes much more later if you want too .

The personnel working at Kav's Beach Resort is very polite, friendly and helpful! The food is amazing. We tried multiple dishes in a few days and were never disappointed. The resort is clean and peaceful and the rooms are perfectly fine too. The shower is nice and warm (hot). A big plus for me. Thank you to the people of Kav's Beach Resort, we really enjoyed our stay.

Ling-Ling Homestay has great views from the balcony you can see the sunset and you get a great value for the price, also coffee is included. But the best of this homestay is your host Lisell. She makes sure everybody gets coffee even in the early morning and she is superfriendly and helpful. If I come again I will come back to Ling-Lings and Lisell for sure. The best hostess! It is an amazing little gem🤩 They make you feel so welcome, they are layed back and you can feel that they enjoy being your hosts! Since we had the place for our selves one night, they even set up a Romantic dinner for us at the beach with candlelight and delicious food! The house is amazing, with a stunning view, clean pool and perfect facilities. If we could give 11, we would 👌🏽

The host was very, very helpfull and nice to us. She lived in Europe for a long time and it is reflected in the accomodation - courtains, duvets, a kitchenette, european breakfast… There were also three lovely dogs on the property and a nice pool with some fallen fruit around. We loved it!

I love the ambiance of the resort, it’s very intimate. Great for couples. The pool is very accessible and the beach is near too. I also love that their TV have access to Netflix and YouTube. You would also love their employees, very accommodating. These are the reason we stayed at the resort for 4 times now.

Everything went well so far. During the day of our check out, we need to get up early for our Apo Island tour and notify them the night before that we will be out before the time of check out and ask their staff to just put our luggages somewhere safe upon our return and they did. And we also ask them if we could still use their restroom to bathe since we came from tour and they allowed us. thanks to them we had a nice stay so far.
