Without being pretentious, the staff are unwaveringly friendly, welcoming and professional. Everyone from maitre d’ to gardeners greets you and makes you feel genuinely welcome and valued. The food is exceptional, I recommend half-board and just stay here. I loved the pools, and jacuzzi, the hamman was my temple, and gym very good. Restaurants in the hotel are simply amazing and provide topclass food, there was simply no reason to visit other restaurants around. The view is magnificent and pools are clean.
