The service was especially good, from the moment we booked (a few weeks before going) until after we left the hotel. They were caring and providing help for many subjects (even when they had no interest in it: When I arrived I was sick and they offered to go to the pharmacy for me and made sure I was okay by WhatsApp) The person who provided this excellent service is Emma. She was always answering fast at any time, always finding solutions quickly and providing us best options and recommendations (e.g: for the Ha Giang Loop we were in a small group and staying in small homestays out of town while all the other groups were so many people in big homestays). Andre as well was always very cheerful and had very good restaurant recommendations! The room was very clean and comfortable, the shower was amazing and there was a good TV and AC. And we had a window with the basic room. The breakfast is held on the 6th floor on the terrace with a beautiful view on Hanoi. For our room, it matched the pictures. We highly recommend the place!!

We stayed for 2 nights before our flight back home. It was a good stay for our last days in Vietnam. Comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of Hanoi. The staff was very helpful and friendly. At check out they arranged a taxi for us to the airport at a very good price.

    I loved staying here - I was upgraded to a room with a balcony on arrival and it was such a perfect way to ease into my first days in Vietnam. The room was surprisingly quiet and very spacious, comfortable. The location could not be more perfect, you are literally steps from everything. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, so much variety and plentiful and a perfect rooftop locale to enjoy it. I agonized over finding the perfect Hanoi accommodations for weeks and was so pleased with my choice, it was perfect.

    What a great experience from beginning to end. Was one of the best accommodations we stayed in Vietnam in the last 3 months. Apartment is big and spacious, very clean, comfortable and full of light. Staff are really kind and professional. Location is perfect. Quiet but close to supermarket and restaurants and short walk to old quarter. We absolutely loved it.

    We had a great stay at Cheers, the staff were lovely and the hostel was really nice. The bed was comfy and I appreciated reviving a fresh towel every day! We did the Ha Giang Loop through cheers which was incredible, very well organised, great accommodations and food! Would highly recommend booking this with them, it was a highlight of my travels in SE Asia.
