We did a quick Overnight stay between flights. Basic, clean rooms, sadly no streaming tv services and no restaurants for food close by. Small mini mart up the road. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean and spacious, it was perfect after just coming off a long flight. Mr Tommy was so kind and looked after me so well, collected me from airport and dropped me to bus station the next day. I would stay here again for sure!

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Great value for money. Great AC in our room. Short Grab ride from the airport (5 mins). Staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to retrieve two outdoor jackets that we left in the wardrobe after our stay and arranged safe handover to us. Safely returned without any expectation of tip (which we insisted on, of course). Clear communication.

The kindest people you will meet. Organized everything before and after our vacation. It only took a few minutes to call to pick me up and the next morning the hotel owner took my family to the airport, very quickly and conveniently. Breakfast includes beef pho and freshly squeezed orange juice. A perfect night's rest before returning home. Will definitely stay there again

I have vacationed in Vietnam many places and have never experienced hospitality like here. Mr. Ak the owner made sure I had everything I needed. He booked an early flight for me to the airport so I wouldn't have any problems. I told Ak that the next time I go to Hanoi I will call him directly to arrange accommodation because he makes everything very simple. Book here and then call them to arrange travel directly through the hotel; I promise it's much easier.

Great staff, especially Ryan! Very helpful & happy to go beyond to make Ur holiday a great one. Comfy bed, hot water, aircon that worked well, pretty quiet, has very basic amenities & breakfast but totally great for the price. A good in-between stay when U get in late at the airport & cant get to next destination until the following day.
