Great Experience at a New Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel with my family , which is conveniently located near the mosque. The hotel is new, and so is the furniture, making the stay feel fresh and comfortable. The rooms were impressively clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels in Madinah, which was a pleasant surprise. I arrived early in the morning, around 8 AM, and they kindly accommodated me with an early check-in. Mazn AlKurdi at the reception was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. They also allowed me a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent, the rooms were large and clean, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and modern amenities.

Relatively a NEW hotel near the famous PULLMAN ZAM ZAM HOTEL, which is at the SOUTH-SIDE of the Masjid. I had booked twin bed and like most reviewers have commented, YES! the size of the room is apparently very small for 2 persons. But the comfort of the bed and bathrooms have sufficed the mini size issue. Umar at the reception was professional and quick enough to check us in. Walk to the Haram (gate 365 is the nearest one) is approximately 3 minutes and then walking all way inside the masjid takes another 2 minutes so overall 5 minutes. The famous AL-BAIK is nearby as well as basic grocery general stores. Breakfast is offered to EVERY single person living at the hotel (Complimentary) - the breakfast hall is big enough to accommodate approximately 40 eaters at one time. WiFi speed was VERY VERY FAST (I was getting up to 130 Mbps) - on the 6th floor ** No wonder, ladies gate is FAR away but ladies can EASILY pray under the shade outside the masjid; this may be an issue during the summers but in cool weathers, they can pray outside. The whole idea of visiting this mosque is the GREEN DOME which is why most the travellers prefer staying nearby, otherwise if you stay at the NORTH side of the Mosque, then it will be a long walk for the men and women (more for women) ** NOTE: in order to visit the Riaz-ul-Jannah (green carpet area), one has to book appointment (as soon as possible) using NUSUK app. The entrance for this is located near Gate 366 (for both men and women) OVERALL, a superb stay!

Es un hotel que merece 5 estrellas, no me esperaba que fuera para tanto. pero cuando llegue me sorprendió por las instalaciones, el personal tan atento, la calidad de la comida, limpieza, y sobre todo la cercanía al Masjid Alnabawi, Justo al salir de la puerta esta en frente.
