The owners were so helpful they sent us links to places to visit and when we arrived recommend really good restaurants to eat at. Nothing was too much bother for them. A really great stay.

Free WiFi and room service are provided. We made a last minute reservation at Martinihof. When we arrived the owner had not yet seen our reservation but he greeted us in a vert kind and welcoming way. We felt at home right away! We were tired and hungry. The owner showed us the room and said that we were more than welcome to join for diner. He had a nice menu with various dishes: meat, fish and vegetarian. We had fish and meat and both dishes were delicious! Also the salad was fresh and crispy. Room was well equipped and very clean! The beds were very comfortable. And the fresh air from outside made us sleep like babies!

The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

Wellness- und Genießerhotel Karnerhof is located in one of Austria's most beautiful holiday regions. Lake Faak is Austria's cleanest swimming lake and one of the warmest lakes in Carinthia. It is ideally suited for sailing, kayaking, swimming, fishing and pedal boat rides. Tennis and beach volleyball courts are right at the hotel's doorstep. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, golf and skiing. We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.
