I was able to get answers to my questions easily. Very well structured instructions on how to check in and check out. We also received an extra key to the apartment which was also nice touch. The apartment was clean and quite spacious with usual amenities you'd basically find at home. Beds were comfortable - loved the balcony as well. Tram station is quite close - 24/7 open supermarket, DM and quite a lot of restaurants - basically you've got everything around the apartment.

The room was very clean, bright and cozy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back if we go again in Belgrade.
