Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel to rest and recover after a surgery I had. Everyone was so kind. The lounge on the top level is comfortable and nice. I liked the coffee and tea options over there.

Amazing retreat - the view of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Skyline is stunning. The rooms are beautiful and all the nature around makes it very special. The complementary sanctuary tour was great and our guide answered all the questions- definitely loves the animals & her job! :) During my stay the Zoo opened after dark and the entry was complementary for retreat guest. The restaurant “Me-Gal” serves tasty food and the atmosphere, specially for sunset, is lovely.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you could need — such as tableware, a kitchen, an iron, scissors, and more. There was also a well-equipped gym downstairs. The surroundings outside the hotel were peaceful and beautiful. Buses and the subway were just a 3-5 minute walk away, making it very convenient. There was a convenience store just a 2-3 minute walk away, and the well-known Coles supermarket was about a 5-7 minute walk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Many thanks to the hotel for arranging a two-bedroom unit for me and my family — we were very satisfied! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

Meriton Suites Coward Street, Mascot is een luxe hotel op slechts 10 minuten rijden van de binnenlandse luchthaven en op 15 minuten rijden van de internationale luchthaven. Everything - it was essentially a one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We were VERY comfortable and found the staff very accommodating and engaging. It was very close to fabulous restaurants, a grocery store, the Train/Subway for trips into town (and even to/from the airport if we hadn't chosen an Uber). It was a very short Uber ride from the airport, which made it very convenient.

The place was spacious, clean, convenient location,,,, difficult to find something that was not good about this place. Staffs were extremely nice and friendly. We went there for a 3-generation trip, had enough beds to fit all of us!
