The reception staff was amazing. We got a lot of great recommendations. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast had a good variety and even fresh vegetables and fruits. The cool funky design.

I was greeted by Elmira at the welcome desk and she made my stay very special. Always greeted with a warm smile and the hotel staff attended to all my requests. Alex from reception also had great dinner recommendations. The hotel is clean, very central, quiet, close to the main station, and has perfect water pressure. The breakfast is also fresh and super yummy.

Fast response with the host and clear directions to access the key and get into the apartment. Elevator was always available, but we took the stairs - only on the 5th floor. Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch with honour bar - the Prosecco was perfect on the balcony when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun stuff in Basel. If, and when we hit Basel again - we will stay here. Thank you.
