The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

I loved the breakfast included various choices, excellent quality of hot and cold dishes, delicious cheese selection. Having great breakfast on the terrace in this 'old' building watching the mountains and enjoying the beautiful environment with fresh air early morning..it is unforgettable.

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

One added bonus was the spacious and free parking available right at the property, which made things even more convenient for us as we were traveling by car. Eva was a fantastic host—very helpful and supportive whenever we needed assistance. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. The property has city views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We had a wonderful stay at Modern City Apartments in Interlaken. The building is brand new and strategically located near several supermarkets and great restaurants. It’s just a short walk from both Jungfraustrasse bus stop and Interlaken West train station, which made getting around very convenient.The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well equipped, truly a perfect base for exploring the region. A special thank you to Bettina and Thomas for their outstanding hospitality! Bettina was incredibly welcoming and flexible during both check-in and check-out. She also took the time to share excellent recommendations for local activities, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
