Especially Ms. Sue, who went out of her way to make our stay even more pleasant. In addition to the great staff, the view from our room was stunning. We were initially facing the back side (nice as well) but requested to be moved to a room facing the front side (view of the horizontal construction and main part of the city). The staff was kind enough to change our room the following morning! Both rooms were very clean and in great condition. Moreover, the lobby which is situated on the 42nd floor, was beautiful. The giant silver crystal and surrounding greenery was a very cool design and pleasant to look at. Finally, the location of the hotel is also great. It is located next to many of the main attractions and in the 'main' part of the city. There is also a large shopping mall in the buildings bellow the lobby known as 'Raffles City'. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and will be sure to stay here again!

Some units are air conditioned and include a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Some units also have a kitchen, fitted with a microwave and fridge. I think that i never slept in a better bed. And the room was so nice and relaxing
