Clean and entertaining environment, they had music shows, card game night and more. I really enjoyed my stay. Very high quality hostel in the beautiful Suzhou!

Comfortable room with thoughtful amenities and a beautiful view. The hosts were super helpful and generous! The location is off the main road, so it can be a bit tricky to find at first, but it is also what makes it such a great place. It’s very close to the main pedestrian streets. Highly recommend!

Room is very beautiful, spacious and full of modern furnitures, love the washing machine (with dryer function). Fantastic location, Metro is 100m nearby. A lot of malls in a range of 1, 2 stations. There are FamilyMart, seafood restaurant nearby (Baiyan), which you can choose seafood by yourself in 1st floor supermarket & bring to 3rd floor for processing (go to 3rd floor first to get ticket number).

On the same floor is Violet Bar, which offers a variety of liquors and wine. Golden Cedar Bay features a buffet and a menu of snacks and beverages. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing- a healthy variety of Chinese and Western options + good coffee!

Additionally, spacious event space is available, able to host various activities like conferences, wedding and parties. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were excellent! We arrived around dinner time and the place was packed. However, we were attended to quickly and managed to get to our room within 20min. The staff were really professional and they immediately knew where to get my luggage which were sent over earlier. A pity I did not managed to get the names of the staff who were serving me. They even got me a great driver who got me to the airport on time.

Guests of the hotel can enjoy the privilege of entering Panmen Park Scenery Area for free. The Humble Administrator's Garden is a 20-minute-drive away. Absolutely wonderful place! The comfort of rooms is beyond expectations, guests are provided with the highest quality of service and there is a pool and a gym for those who wish to start or end their day active. And the breakfast... The range of options is so wide, one could spend half a day just trying all those delicious things.
