The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi ligt in de hippe uitgaanswijk Xintiandi in Shanghai. My recent stay at The Langham Shanghai Xintiandi was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and professional – from helping with early arrangements for a special occasion for my parents to offering excellent dining recommendations, everything felt personalized and warm. The room my parents stayed in was beautiful and perfect for their celebration. While my own room had a slight odor initially, the team handled it promptly after I informed the front desk, which I truly appreciated. One moment that truly stood out was when I encountered a dishonest taxi driver attempting to overcharge me more than four times the normal fare. Several hotel staff members (three or four, in fact) came outside to support and assist me immediately. Thanks to their calm and assertive help, the situation was resolved, and I felt completely safe and looked after. I’m sincerely grateful to those staff members for going above and beyond – because of them, what could have been a distressing moment turned into a reminder that kindness and professionalism can shine through, even in the most unexpected situations. Overall, the experience was memorable, and I would happily recommend The Langham to friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so special – and for helping me end my Shanghai trip with a truly positive impression of the city.

Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) ligt in het hart van Shanghai, op 10 minuten wandelen van het bruisende voetgangersgebied... Fantastic place! Amenities are 11 out of 10 ;) Very comfortable, well-appointed rooms, friendly English-speaking staff, and a delicious breakfasts. The location is very convenient. I definitely recommend it.

Good location, staffs are friendly and willing to help, room is clean and equiped with full facilities. Enough space to open your luggage for 2 persons. Room is cleaned everyday. They also have free late meal.for you as well.

Hi, we are from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿. We booked this hotel via booking for 4 people. Arrived on the 6th of August and stayed until the 11th of August. Everything was on a highest level, especially service, personnel, attitude. All the personnel is so kind and friendly, everyone is trying to help and even if they don't know the language, they use translator in order to support us. Dear Mr Johnson helped us with every single thing, was answering all the questions. We were not able to make a payment of the hotel due to card blockage (foreign card) and he did not hurry us, told us to relax enjoy our trip and pay it whenever we fix the problem with the bank. Fortunately, we fixed on the second day of the stay. Whenever we called and asked something, he organized it very fast. Additionally, he was answering our questions through WeChat as well and he is the only English speaker at the hotel, which makes the communication much easier. 👍🏽 Unfortunately, don't know the tall guy's name on the front desk. He was extra supportive as well. Hope you understand who is he. 🙏🏽 All personnel in the whole hotel, all people at the front desk were friendly, gave us drinks, chargers etc. Additionally, want to mention Olivia. She was in touch with us right from the moment when we made our booking, she reached us. Despite the fact, that we could only arrange one-way pick up or dropoff, Olivia arranged both for us, as our dropoff railway station was a bit far. Tonight Homestay West Nanjing Road Branch Shanghai is ideaal gelegen in de wijk Jingán in Shanghai, en is gelegen op 1,7 km van Jaden Boeddha-tempel, 2,1 km van Treinstation Shanghai en 2,2 km van... I loved the host!! They are the nicest person and definitely made our trip so much easier!
