The room was very clean with a very nice and large bathroom. The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

The owners/managers gave us an excellent breakfast and while language was a bit difficult sometimes, the mother (don’t know which her name was) went out of her way to engage us in conversation in spite of the fact my German is poor and her English non-existent. Her daughter was very attentive and, when I asked for a few extra towels, the house cleaner was very friendly and obliging. All-in-all, this place ended up being a very nice place to stay. Loved the beautiful stairway!

The house was very comfortable, an amazing playground area outside and we loved the farm and the farm animals. our little girl enjoyed it a lot. We ended with a breakfast in the morning before we continue our trip, and the breakfast was delicious!
