Radeberg has more of a medieval feel, and touristy restaurants galore, while Radeburg is more urban local, with all the shops you would want- Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Aldi, and DM. About Radeburg... The big iconic forest is located south of the city Radeburg, between Moritzburg and Radeburg.
