An amazing hotel, super clean, modern and beautiful. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The food was nice and i cant recommend it enough. A must is an oriental massage - it was soooo good. We also dived with the Coraya Dive Centre which is on the hotel!

Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

Estamos muy agradecidos al trato recibido en el resort, la gente es impresionante muy amable y muy simpática y están todo el tiempo pendientes de que todo este perfecto y realmente nos vamos felices y muy contentos de haber estado aquí. El trato de los de todo el personal de los restaurantes es increíble siempre pendientes de que no te falte nada y la comida es fantástica, de lo mejor que hemos visto en los viajes que hemos hecho. Nos vamos con mucha pena. También queremos hacer un comentario hacia el personal de limpieza y preparación de la habitación, nuestra habitación es la 3013 y todos los días ha estado muy pendiente de que no nos falte de nada y que estemos muy bien, todo estaba limpio y preparado siempre y cualquier cosa que necestabamos nos la traia enseguida. Todo el personal ha sido fantástico, volveremos seguro y muy agradecidos por todo. Nuestro agradecimiento especial a Hesham Rashwan. Nuestro gran amigo.

Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

The host helped us a lot solving an issue related to the transfer service we booked with another company; he just handled and fixed it. Good staff, valuable information about activities, stores and restaurants.
