Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years... We were celebrating both our anniversary and birthday , making this vacation exceptionally meaningful for us. The thoughtful surprises—including elegant decorations, flowers, and a birthday cake—added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. These gestures created unforgettable memories and contributed to a truly delightful and cherished stay. We were satisfied with the diverse selection of food, the enjoyable beach experience, and the quality of service provided across various outlets. We also appreciated the prompt and efficient response to our requests for assistance. Based on this positive experience, We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and we look forward to returning in the future.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. We had an amazing experience during our stay at Gemma Resort. From the moment we arrived, Hazem at the Main Desk made us feel welcome, and his exceptional kindness and availability were present until the moment we left. He was always there to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. We were also very well taken care of by Mahmoud at the beach - always with a great smile - and the entire restaurant staff, especially Sameh at the beach restaurant, where we had lunch daily. Thank you all for your hospitality. A special thanks goes to the Submarine Diving Center, to our fantastic instructor Abdo, and his entire team for an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for these incredible 7 days, Gemma Resort. We will definitely be back and have already started recommending you to our Portuguese friends. 10/10

This hotel offers a beach front, a large lagoon pool and 5-star luxury accommodation in the heart of Port Ghalib, Egypt. Marsa Alam International Airport is less than 5 minutes’ drive away. Amazing Room, service, food and sea. Really good staff, very responsive and helpfull. Awesome activities inside the resort, great outside adventures with local guides!

This is probably the best hotel we've ever been to. Not only is the hotel resort absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. It's got brilliant facilities. However the best thing about the hotel is the staff. The staff are the best we've ever had at any place we've ever stayed. Mohammed was our room cleaner and he was just brilliant. We loved eating at the Mediterranean restaurant because of the staff who just go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Not only that you can really get to know people and hear about their families and see pictures of their kids. Abdo and the other waiting staff have become our friends. The food was amazing! Everything was delicious and there's such a range to choose from. Mustafa messaged us everyday with details about what was on and we chatted about any needs and he checked in on us every day to make sure that we had everything we need and there was no problems. He even booked us in to gorgeous VIP meals at the different restaurants. When we arrived we were surprised with an upgrade to a sea view which was fantastic. We could hear the sea all night. The facility staff and the people who do the different activities were really friendly and chatty as welll. There was no pressure they just asked and if you wanted to have a chat that was fine.we met Temur who was doing the photography and I would thoroughly recommend going with him. We went scuba diving and that was brilliant and they organised it so well. My son had a really good haircut at the spa and the facilities there are really great and very affordable. Every time you sit down somewhere someone will bring you a cocktail which are delicious and there's food available all over the resort. Even when the weather was a bit cloudy there was plenty to do . We had come from Edinburgh and we were the only British people I think at the hotel which was perfect for us.

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.
