Everyone was so courteous, friendly and super professional, especially Duaa, and Kareem from the restaurant/room service, Mohamed from House keeping, and last but not least Noha and Shadws from the reception . The Chalet was beautiful and huge with everything that you could ever need!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Marsa Matruh with great service and amenities.
