Nice attentional like a bottle of water on the room upon arrival which was good after a long trip and no chance to visit a local supermarket. Room became available earlier than we expected so we got an early checkin which was great. Room is great for a shorter or longer stay also location wise in the middel of Murcia everything is within walking distance.

They have great and quick communication and willing to make us feel comfortable. We were on the street with bags and c/in was at 3pm. The lady on call accepted our early check in request and informed us as soon as the apartment was ready, which is 2hours before the actual c/in time. Thank you for your individual great service. I enjoyed the terrace and the apartment itself is great too. This is gonna be my number 1 choice in Cartagena.

Wonderful experience with accommodation and management, modernly equipped studio, very clean and in a perfect location in the city center, very close to the train and main bus station. The place was spotlessly clean and very tastefully fitted out . Lots of space. I loved the modern kitchen and fantastic big shower in a Japanese design. The bed was very comfortable. The staff arrived at once when I couldn't find something. Just outside there were tables and chairs and an olive grove. Beautiful place

An oven, a microwave and toaster are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. This is our first stay here and we look forward to staying again. It is a very clean and comfortable condominium-type apartment. It was supplied with dishes, toiletries, linen, and a very quiet and peaceful feeling. It is right next to a children's park and a grocery store. It was very close to the church where we were serving food for a group of young missionaries. We checked in online and were given the code for the door with pictures and an explanation on how to use the code. We arrived a few minutes early and were allowed to wait in the reception area until we could check in. The maintenance staff woman was very helpful and friendly. There was even a vending machine for snacks and drinks. We look forward to our next stay.
