Admire historic features such as stone archways, carved window frames, and the monastery's 3 original Baroque, Romanesque and Renaissance cloisters. Gorgeous and tranquil location on top of a mountain. Beautiful room in old building. Be sure to wander the monasterio and read the plaques for its history. And take a stroll through the woods surrounding the building.

Cabin was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Bed, linens and towels soft and cozy. Easy parking. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Our favorite stay during our week long vacation! Will be back some day!

Boasting a terrace and views of mountain, Hostal DIMAR is a recently renovated guest house situated in Quiroga, 26 km from Sil Canyon. The property has city views and is 46 km from Manzaneda Ski & Mountain Resort. We stayed here while walking the Camino. After a long, hot day this hostel was perfect. It's spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and has a better shower the one at my house. The self-service breakfast had plenty of choice, including fresh fruit....thank you. It was an excellent price for what we got. Oh, and we overlooked a field with horses in it, so not your everyday setting.
