So close to everything, train station and the centre of town. Breakfast is amazing. Best breakfast in over a month travelling, particularly loved the tarts (3 different kinds), the fact it’s organic and the fruit juices.. just everything was super good. Great recommendation for dinner at Le Tigre, just what we wanted not touristy. Hired bikes and cycled out into the countryside along the canals.

The facilities are immaculate and the tasting room, coupled with the spa, make for a really great experience. They made us a reservation at the restaurant just on the corner when we asked. They were incredibly accommodating and the beds were super comfortable.
