Location was great. Easy to find and it was in exactly the right spot for our journey as we passed through the area. Sam was really helpful before we arrived sharing ideas for local restaurants and even offered help to secure our motorcycles overnight. We ate at the cave next door on Sam’s recommendation and it was lovely too. The room was clean, very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was perfect and combined with the blackout blinds meant that we had a great nights sleep. The building is on a road but we heard nothing from it all night. Now, special mention goes to Sam for the breakfast. After years of travelling all over the world and our frequent use of services like booking.com and Airbnb etc… I can honestly say that the breakfast was one of the best and most generous I have seen. It was very beautifully presented, delivered to our room door, wonderfully tasty and there was almost too much for us. It set us up well for a long day on the bikes.

This is a lovely little hotel. It has two rooms. We stayed with our one year old and five year old. Florence, the host, was so welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kids had their own box of toys to play with in the shade while we all had free drinks on arrival. The room was great, stylish and good quality fittings in the bedroom and bathroom, clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into it. There was a double bed and a sofa bed. Great rain shower with lots of pressure, two sinks etc. Little details that you just don’t get in other hotels such as actually providing wash cloths. The room wasn’t huge but it was absolutely fine and to be honest it didn’t matter because of everything else available. Downstairs is a kitchenette with plenty of appliances to make dinner, and games room with table football, piano, guitar, arcade machine and lots of books and board games. Enough space and fun to keep everyone entertained. Outside is the pool which is a great size, and kept very clean. There are lots of loungers and tables to sit at, plenty of shade where needed which was great in the heatwave for our kids, and again lots of toys for use in the pool. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was lovely - croissants, melon, bread, cheese, conserves and even some delicious brownies. Highchair and baby plates provided for our little one. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again and I would strongly recommend going here over a big chain hotel. It was perfect for us as a stopover on the way back to England.

Le relax max ligt in Le Puy-en-Velay op 5 minuten lopen van Centre Culturel et de Congrès Pierre Cardinal en een paar minuten lopen van Kathedraal van Le Puy. Fabulous location and lots of character.

Chambre d'hôtes charme et nature ligt in Vieille-Brioude en biedt gratis WiFi en een tuin met een terras en uitzicht op de tuin. De ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouw/eigenaresse, de schitterende locatie en de werkelijk brandschone kamer. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Heerlijke koffie, croissants, Frans kaas en eigen gemaakte jam.

Aux Portes du Mont Anis is gelegen in Le Puy-en-Velay, op 1 minuten lopen van Kathedraal van Le Puy en 200 meter van Centre Culturel et de Congrès Pierre Cardinal. We loved the location of the apartment, it was super clean & had everything you needed. Aurore was so friendly & helpful and guided us to the private parking area (which was a bonus)

Chez romain is gelegen in Massiac. De accommodatie ligt op 41 km van Col d'Entremont en biedt gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Het was erg schoon en de inrichting zag er erg mooi uit
