Checked us in early, which was fantastic. Had to hunt around for a parking space (and an EV charger), but never took too much time. Jennifer was very welcoming

La Petalerie ligt in Épernay, in de buurt van Moët et Chandon House, Mercier Champagne House en Georges Cartier Champagne House. Het beschikt over gratis WiFi, een bar en een tuin. Had the loft apartment. Chose this place over others mainly because I wanted a quiet location and La Petarie turned out to be perfect in that respect. Had no problem finding street parking and the owner met me promptly to check me in. Although Jean-Luc didn’t speak English (and I don’t speak French), he used a translation app which worked fine - he gave me some great recommendations for Champagne tastings and was kind enough to phone them to organise reservations. The apartment was absolutely spotless and everything appeared in new condition. I loved the decor and quirkiness, and it was very well equipped for self catering. Very reasonably priced bottles of Champagne in the fridge. Steps up to the loft bedroom might not suit some, but no issue to me although headroom in the loft area is limited. For those that didn’t figure it out there is a switch above the bed that closes the blackout blind on the loft window. The apartment was very quiet and easy walking distance to the Avenue de Champagne. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - I would loved to have taken it in the garden which looked beautiful, but it was a bit chilly so breakfast was inside. Overall a very high standard and great attention to detail - would go back without hesitation. Loved it.

The breakfast is lovely and ample accompanied by the pianist-owner who is a retired music teacher. The location was an original Mano and used by the mayor of the village “back in the day”z Lovely people. Great room and very comfortable

Le Château d'Etoges - Champagne staat officieel geregistreerd als een historisch monument. Het 17e-eeuwse gebouw bevindt zich in een lommerrijk park van 7 hectare in het hart van de Champagne. kamer in orangerie prachtig gerenoveerd, mooie materialen - badkamer- stoffering. prima airco op de kamer- supermooi kasteel en prachtige tuin, rustig. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt - buffet warm/koud- zout- zoet beleg- verschillende broodjes- zalm - champagne ..; zeer vriendelijk personeel- behulpzaam en attent. Een echte aanrader, wij komen terug. Mooie parking voor de wagen.

Les Belles Argonnaises is gelegen in Sainte-Menehould, op 46 km van Subterranean Citadel of Verdun en 46 km van La Citadelle Haute, en biedt accommodatie met toegang tot een tuin. Alles was perfect. Valérie is een toffe gastvrouw. Smaakvol ingericht. Het ontbijt is overvloedig met lokale en zelf bereide producten. Top! Ook hondvriendelijk wat voor ons belangrijk is. Bovendien kan je een gemeenschappelijke keuken gebruiken indien gewenst.

Zenao Appart'hôtels Châlons-en-Champagne bevindt zich in Chalons en Champagne op 34 km van Treinstation Epernay en 43 km van Villa Demoiselle. De accommodatie biedt een zithoek. The apartments are all part of a "senior residence" that has just opened, so everything was brand new. Rooms are very spacious and well lit, street parking (paying but inexpensive, 1,5€/h) was always easy around the block.
