It is incredibly cozy, nicely furnished, clean, everything you need is there. The building is lovely. We also ate dinner here, which was an excellent Indian cuisine. You can also choose non-Indian food if you prefer otherwise. Breakfast was also very nice. Staff was so pleasant and friendly. I left the charger for my smartwatch, and reception called me, luckily I was still around the area.

Ambience with a nice mix of style. Room 2 was superb with an amazing sea view, comfy beds and generally well appointed. Dinner & Breakfast was tasty and served efficiently. The Borgie Lodge is ideally located for exploring the North Coast. Guests may have the chance to see the Highland wildlife Sea Eagles and Red Deer, who are seen most early mornings and late evenings in the fields around the Hotel. The property had very good practical utility — ample parking space, great secluded location surrounded by its own garden, comfortable rooms, well-designed spacious bathrooms. The property also certainly had its own personality - a common lounge space with a cosy fireplace and big leather sofas where we met and chatted with some other guests; a dining room with large windows, as well as another dining room that allowed pet dogs, and very welcoming staff hosting us. Felt like a cosy retreat!

The property is 0.7 miles from Drumnadrochit and 1.5 miles from Urquhart Castle. We stayed one night but we enjoyed it. The location es great, you can go for a walk around the forest. The restaurant is very good
