Vera and the other staff members are very kind and go all the way in order to get you the best experience possible, they organized a Komodo day trip on a very short notice and all kinds of transport (taxi / motorbike rental at their place) for us. You can arrange/discuss all your travels and activities with him via WhatsApp prior. And his wife is a great cook! This is a unique opportunity you will be lucky to have. It’s a homestay (not some bland hotel experience) so come ready for adventure.

The Homestay is tight in the middle of the busy village and a boat ride from fabulous sites around Komodo. Arjun and his team were welcoming and friendly and did a great job taking care of us. The room is basic but comfortable and clean, and all meals were taken care of by his family. Arjun was busy our first day, so his cousins Fani was in charge of us and also did a great job.

Komodo Resort is located on Sebayur Island bordering Komodo National Park, an hour’s boat ride from the Komodo Dragon Tour on Rinca Island. Surrounded by the sea, the resort boasts a private beach area and on-site diving and snorkelling opportunities. Everything! The staff in all areas were excellent, the food and drinks were great for a remote island & the bungalow was clean & really comfortable. The diving was great even though it wasn't the best time of year for weather. The dive team are fantastic, boats are good & everything was well organised & safe. We'll be back for sure.

Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was top level, get the apple crumble!!! For us backpackers this was our expensive luxury stay, and it was worth every penny.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the homestay. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The family who hosted us was very kind and helped arrange a local boat to take us to different beaches and snorkeling spots that were absolutely gorgeous (like manta point and pink beach). The host is a ranger at Komodo National Park and gave us a wonderful tour. It was very special to stay in the Muslim village on the sea and have a glimpse of life there. Everyone was very friendly and warm.

Well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a garden and pool! This was the best accommodation of our entire trip! Furthermore, the owners are incredibly kind and helpful and communication with them was extremely easy! Highly recommended! It was a perfect stay and i hope i will be able to come back again!

Bajo Komodo Homestay is a recently renovated homestay in Komodo, near Pink Beach. The homestay features a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.

At the homestay, each unit includes a desk. At the homestay, each unit has bed linen and towels. We booked a stay for 3 nights together with a fully planned 4-day trip trough the komodo national park. Jhojo did a great job and showed us the all the beautys of the national park. We had a provate boat, with our own captain, Firman and his son. We saw a lot of dragons, visited beautiful snorkelling places. Jhojo guided us also to see turtles and lovley corals! We slept at his wifes brothers house and had an amazing all inclusive package of delightful indonesian cuisine. Though you cant find luxus on this island, everybody is so nice and respectful, like the whole village is one big family (together with dragons in the garden). Big thanks to Jhojo ans his Family for this amazing experience, we can absolutely recommend this to everyone. See you next time Jhojo! 🥰

A recently renovated homestay situated in Komodo, near Pink Beach, Dua Putri Komodo Homestay features free WiFi, a terrace and a shared lounge. The accommodation offers luggage storage space and private check-in and check-out for guests. Friendly host, amazing location, once in a lifetime trip. You will get places in the national park all to yourself before and after the boat tours leave. We saw so many dragons, sea turtles, manta rays, and other wildlife. The home was very comfortable and food was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone looking to explore the national park in a unique way- so much better than the boat tours. Note: bring 1-2 quick dry towels with you for the beach and shower. It’s also worth mentioning it’s a shared bathroom if there are other guests in the homestay. It wasn’t an issue, but I didn’t know before booking.
