Staying at Morizuya was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. This cozy, family-run ryokan radiates warmth and hospitality. Manager Hachisuka and his family do everything they can to make you feel at home, and our stay truly exceeded expectations. The ryokan is charming and traditional. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable tatami room with beautiful décor and a view of a peaceful garden. The room included a private toilet and sink, while bathing is done in their private onsen (yes, private — no need to bathe with others if that makes you uncomfortable). Morizuya provides yukata for men and women, sandals, bags, towels, and an onsen pass for the town’s seven public baths. Women can also choose a kimono for going out around town and shopping, while men can (and should!) relax in their yukata for this same purpose. I especially want to highlight how Manager Hachisuka truly went above and beyond. He’s not only an excellent photographer — taking beautiful photos of my fiancée and me among the cherry blossoms and guiding us to great photo spots — but also incredibly kind and attentive. He personally helped us with our schedule and drove us to the station early in the morning to ensure we caught our train on time. That level of care is something we’ll never forget. If you’re unsure where to stay, I strongly recommend Morizuya. We left with beautiful and unforgettable memories of this warm and authentic experience in Kinosaki. A few quick tips about the bath: There are two onsen inside the inn. From 7 AM to 3 PM, they’re public (men/women separated). From 3 PM to 11 PM they become private — no reservation needed. If the door’s unlocked, it’s available. Go in, lock the door behind you and enjoy. You’re welcome to bathe with your family or partner. Be sure to shower and clean yourself before entering the bath. Walking around town in your yukata(or kimono) is part of the charm, so don’t be shy — it’s all part of the experience.

Akaishiya 城崎温泉旅館 赤石屋 se encuentra en Kinosaki, a 2,6 km de Kinumaki Shrine, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis y jardín. Great Location! Super friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Also loved the private onsen. Definitely worth checking out early am when it’s public or reserving it. Steam room, big cold pool and hot spring. Breakfast was also very good!

城崎温泉 HOSTEL Waraku, que cuenta con terraza, se encuentra en la región de Hyōgo, Kinosaki, a 2,4 km de Kinumaki Shrine y a 3,9 km de Seto Shrine. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Al estar justo después de la vía del tren, alejado del bullicio pero aún así cerca de todo, es un lugar tranquilo. Instalaciones buenas.

Private Inn Bambee se encuentra en Kobe, a 2 km de Kobe Center for Overseas Migration and Cultural Interaction, y ofrece alojamiento con terraza, parking privado gratis, restaurante y bar. Masaru was an exceptional host, always eager to make sure we were comfortable. He even drove us to a lookout at the top of a mountain that provided a great view of Osaka and Kobe. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. Kobe is very close to Himeji Castle, an absolute must see in Japan.

Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Awaji Higashiura se encuentra en Awaji, a 27 km de Gran Puente de Akashi Kaikyō y a 33 km de Estadio Misaki Park. Los chicos del personal son unos genios!! Y nos trataron muy muy bien, ademas hay cafe gratis y muy rico 🤤🤤 nos bañamos en el mar y nos dieron todo lo que necesitábamos para estar super comodos, todo perfecto! Ademas por un pequeño plus nos dieron la mejor habitación con hermosa vista al mar!

Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Kannabe Highland está en Toyooka, a 11 km de Toyooka City History Museum y a 24 km de Ito Kiyonaga Museum. Within 2-3 mins drive to UP Kannabe ski resort. Right opposite the hotel is a nice onsen, minimart, and bakery. Large common space on the first floor with pantry, large dining table and many sofa seats. You can heat up your cood, make instant noodle, have meals, with free coffee and tea.
