The location of the hotel is extremely good with two convenient entrances. Our view of the scramble and Tokyo in general was extraordinary, we would just stare outside for minutes on end. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helped with our every need. The breakfast buffet is good, though a bit limited. Even though the area of the hotel is a bustling neighborhood, we never heard any noise from the outside. The beds were extremely comfortable, so nice to come to after a busy day of walking. The room is big enough compared to Tokyo standards, we had no issue being two people.

The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from JR Shiomi Station, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and more spacious than I expected for a Tokyo hotel. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the coffee machine and bidet, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Ensemble, and the manga library was a unique and fun bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure!

Beautiful rooms, amazing facilities, great lounge area, fantastic staff. We came for 5 nights but stayed 12 nights! Ikebukuro station is ~5 min away on foot, and is a great station that connects to everywhere!

The rooms in the accommodation are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. What an amazing room! Such a nice view with an accessible balcony, and a whole load of provided items. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful! We got this room on a discount and I have to say it was worth every penny. If we ever find ourselves back in Tokyo we will for sure be coming back here! Thank you!
