The rooms are really nice with an amazing view in a quiet place. The food is the best we ate in our trip and the quantity is huge. The owner is soooo nice, he will take care of you and organize everything for you. We highly recommend !

I adored the design in the very spacious room -airy with beautiful lighting and local colour. The big plant in the open bathroom and, most of all, the incredible terrace with the hammock having the most breath-taking view! There was a big desk, a fridge and plastic sleepers, which made everything more comfortable. Staff helped me a lot with directions and tips during my trip and offered many options to pay by card, dollars etc. The WiFi was good, which is also very important. I wish I had more days!

Hidden away in a stunning riverside setting, this small-scale resort is a true gem. Sebastiaan is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. One of the highlights is the swimming pool—rare in this area—offering a refreshing escape with breathtaking views over the river. The food is simply outstanding. In fact, this is the only place in Laos where I would confidently order a schnitzel or a hamburger—both are absolutely excellent. A wonderful stay in every way!

Nong Kiau Riverside is located by Nam Ou River. It offers bungalows with river and mountain views. The property is equipped with a tour desk, laundry and shuttle service. Beautiful bungalow and amazing view! Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was helpful. Quiet and away from traffic but easy to walk everywhere in town.

The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful. Perfect location beside bus station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. Really comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. Nice to have free drinking water too. Really good value for money. Also they arranged my minivan back to laung prabang. I highly recommend this hotel. Couldn’t have been more perfect :)
