I highly recommend it for families with children: there are toys and puzzles in the room, and outside there’s a great playground, plus peacocks and bunnies. There are activities for adults too, from outdoor games to little boats for a ride on the lake. The hosts are very friendly; we were delighted by the little gift waiting on the table when we arrived: neatly wrapped wafers, a jar of delicious raspberry jam, and a souvenir magnet. ❤️ Everything’s super—100% recommend. ❤️ The stairs up to the bedroom are a bit steep, but that’s nothing compared to all the positives. 😉

Alles beviel aan deze accomodatie. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren die alle tijd namen om ons het een en ander uit te leggen. Het huis is prachtig gelegen. Echt een plek waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. Helaas verbleven we maar 1 nacht, maar als we ooit weer de mogelijkheid krijgen, willen we hier zeker naar terugkeren. Als avondeten namen we een traditionele maaltijd. Zalig!! En heel veel. Een aanrader voor iedereen. Voor een klein plaatje heeft Aglona (en omgeving) ook veel te bieden.

We rented the sauna with the hot tub — everything was top-notch. The place has all you need for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake in the evening are absolutely stunning, and you can enjoy them right from the hot tub. It’s peaceful and secluded, perfect for unwinding. There’s also a nice BBQ area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

The exterior is picturesque, on a lakeside. The place is a summer house (a cabin), compact, but really nice and comfortable, except beds.
