I have never had such a welcoming reception, as a single female traveling it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going to new places but the team made sure I was well looked after at every opportunity. The team are extremely professional but still add a personal touch to every interaction, I’ve never encountered such a well put together hotel staff team from the reception to the F&B, cleaning team and security everyone did their job to the highest standard. I didn’t even have to go out for dinner as the room service F&B options were so good and available 24/7. Coffee and breakfast selection was also great and service was excellent every morning. If you are thinking about staying at any “chain” hotels don’t even bother, they don’t come close to this place. A massive shoutout to the whole Ambiance Karachi team for making my trip so great. I will be a returning guest for sure!
