Breakfast is very good. All the staff are very polite. This guest house has an outdoor pool which we used at the end of the day. Towels provided had a fresh touch and lovely smell. The fact that this very centrally located hotel has adequate parking makes it an ideal base from where to depart from to visit this amazing island. spacious hotel. Andreina was also very helpful as she discussed our planned daily itinerary. We highly recommend this hotel.

El Out Of The Blue se encuentra en Ponta Delgada y ofrece WiFi gratuita en todas sus instalaciones. El albergue cuenta con habitaciones dobles, tanto compartidas como privadas, con 1 o 2 camas. Me gustó la onda del hostel, de crear lazos entre los huéspedes y poder entablar conversaciones en la hora del desayuno. Mi habitación estaba buena, la cama super cómoda y mis roomies eran personas super amigables, nos terminamos haciendo amigos. El patio para desayunar muy lindo, mucha naturaleza y los alimentos frescos, de buena calidad. Volveré aquí cuando tenga oportunidad porque además la ubicación es perfecta. El Atlantida Mar es un hotel moderno con habitaciones de diseño con vistas panorámicas. La experiencia fue muy buena y el hotel superó mis expectativas. La habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares y estaba muy bien aislada acústicamente, lo cual se agradece para descansar bien. El desayuno más que decente. El personal muy amable y atento.

El Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico, de 5 estrellas, está situado frente al puerto deportivo de Ponta Delgada y ofrece una ubicación privilegiada, 8 salas de conferencias y una piscina cubierta... Experiencia inmejorable. Tuvieron un gran detalle percatándose que durante nuestra estancia era mi cumpleaños, mejorando nuestra habitación reservada y dejándonos un obsequio ese día para celebrarlo. Un detalle que sin duda marcó la diferencia y convirtió nuestras vacaciones en un momento inolvidable. La habitación era muy confortable y sin ruido, aún estando al lado del puerto. Es muy buena ubicación para moverte por la isla y para pasear por la ciudad. La atención de todo el equipo del hotel fue extraordinaria.

We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

The staff was extremely nice, and the hotel is beautiful — brand new and very clean! The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever seen in a hotel!
