Amazing place, Sofia gave us recommendations for a local restaurant and we had an amazing meal. Owner was very friendly and polite,we had small accident in the room. Very modern and we could see the owners put soul in that place.

Bit of a cool reception on arrival . The restaurant bar wasn't open but we managed to find a lovely friendly restaurant. The following day it was different staff and they were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely boutique hotel and very clean. I would definitely go again and would recommend.

Everything was perfect. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast and the dinner too at the same restaurant. Caroline was very helpful and cooperative. She helped us with many things during our stay.

We stayed in the Gold Room after arriving very early in the morning. We had very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property & where the room was. After enduring a near 24 hour day, to find the room was a complete joy. The bed was more comfortable than our own & we slept like babies. This property is immaculate, close to the Piata Mare but very quiet. The garden is charming and the hosts were so, so friendly & helpful. Our only wish was to have stayed longer, but we are very much looking forward to returning at the end of our holiday for our last night before we fly home. Situated in Sibiu, 1.3 km from Great Square and 1.4 km from The Stairs Passage, Plaza35 aparthotel provides city views and free WiFi. All air-conditioned units include a fully equipped kitchenette. We had an issue with the electricity, Judite worked it to full resolution. She was terrific!

The location of the hotel was perfect, the room large and clean, really nice breakfast and the people in the reception were friendly and helpfull. We' ll definitely come back!!
