The place is built, furnished, equipped, and decorated in a very thoughtful way. The location is perfect, calm, and outside the city yet close enough so you don't waste lot of time commuting to Visby. The view from the sea-view tiny houses is amazing. Spotless clean (but literally), easy check in and check out (you use your phone as a key, which is very convenient, it takes 5 minutes to install an app and figure out how it works). Kitchen furnished with everything you might think of (you can check in the pictures). Everything is smart and practical, and someone has thought of all the needs you might have ( at least that's how it was for us) 😊 Perfect place if peace of mind is what you're looking for. ✨️ We had an amazing time, and I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect and very peaceful location between Visby and Fåro. Amazing breakfast with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly warm and kind, who will make you feel at home. Some outside games you can play was a plus. We even got to see a hedgehog at night sneaking around by luck.

Breakfasts and dinners were both beautifully prepared and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. For all of Strandakar’s charms and beauty, it is the hosts are the magic that makes this place special and one to return to again. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

Este hotel ocupa un edificio medieval del siglo XIII situado a solo 100 metros de la catedral de Visby. Hay WiFi gratuita. Perfect location...close to centre but lovely peaceful location in this ancient building. Super friendly owner and wife who gave good advice when asked about sea fishing on Gotland and where to take an evening walk on our first night there.
