The location was super!! You exit the Chinatown MRT station and the hotel is right there. So many shops, lively activity, and all tourist spots and locations are easily accessible with the MRT. Price was excellent for the location. Shannen was especially helpful for carrying our suitcases for us and the service she provided us was great! Even with locations she always found a way to help us, very friendly character. Yani and Mary were helpful too, and the whole procedure is very secure and high tech, the contact with the Heritage team was quick, efficient, friendly, and helpful.

The toilet, shower and basins were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Room service was exceptional - we were provided with a note from the person cleaning our room with a special glasses cleaner for use to use as he/she noticed we wore glasses. Nice tough. The restaurants in hotel were amazing. We loved the pool area. There was always a staff member to help with towells and drinks. The staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so polite. It felt like home. We travel a lot and this rates as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Close to Orchard Road and 200m from MRT. So convenient. Thanks to the entire staff.

Afternoon tea in the Courtyard is a must. The rooms are very good with a very, very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Room servicing is brilliant with the room cleaned daily but without disturbing you.
