It is situated in a hectic part of Koh Samui but in a peaceful area so you can easily relax once you reach your room. I had a sea view room and the views were amazing - it's like looking at the postcard - breathtaking views! Staff was warm and welcoming, ask them anything and they will help out! They sent in a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary, and you just felt really welcomed. No complaints what so ever! The staff engaged with you and remembered small details, which was lovely. The rooms, the view, the pool, the beach, the peace! It’s especially nice after an evening at the markets to come back to this hotel. It felt very special!
