It was a lovely hostel in an old riverside house right on the edge of Petchaburi Old town. The owners were warm and welcoming and throughout our stay were helpful and informative. Breakfast each day was different Petchaburi Thai foods which allowed us to taste the local delicacies. The position was perfect for exploring and we could walk to many temples and the main sights, as well as the night market and morning fresh market easily. We felt really at home and so far this has been the high light of our trip. Petchaburi is a quaint and interesting town to explore.

Set in Ban Huai Thawai, 32 km from Maruekkhathaiyawan Palace, I love phants Lodge offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring a terrace, the 3-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Guests can dine in the restaurant or a drink at the bar and free WiFi is available. Will be the most memorable experience I have ever had travelling to Thailand. I wish I had of known about this place befor. Was great to see so many rescued animals and hear their stories.

Set in Kaeng Krachan, Baan Maka Nature Lodge offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Offering a garden, the property is located within 5 km of Kaeng Krachan National Park. The property is 9 km from Kaeng Krachan dam lake. We contacted the lodge and they arranged our transportation from our condo in Hua Hin to the lodge. The lodge is beautiful, clean and peaceful with lots of beautiful birds and butterflies.   The lodge arranged Piak, our very knowledgeable guide and the perfect truck as transport to the fabulous National Park.   At the lodge, we enjoyed the challenging trek up to the Viewpoint on their trail.  The lodge also arranged our transport to Bangkok.  So everything was perfectly arranged and convenient for us. We had two nights at the lodge, perfect for us, who are not birders.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. I had a wonderful stay over there. The location is great, close to the center by bike and Nisa and Nit were so nice. I could only recommend this guest house
