They would help out with everything needed and even offer to give you a ride to the city. My room which was facing the park was well isolated, you can only hear the birds in the morning, but that's a great way to start your day. The location is not central, but close to the Yuguang island beach and the green tunnel where you can do a boat ride along the mangrove forest.

Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it. The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues. Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.

The host was incredibily sweet and it was even possible to text them for questions. The interior is very artistic and pretty, the rooms were spaceous!
