We were welcomed by Deb and shown to our room which was amazing. Hearing the back story to this delightful lodge was both sad and heartwarming. The love and dedication and hard work to make this lodge a special and memorable place has truly paid off. The rooms are exquisite, the common areas are welcoming and the wide verandah is gorgeous. What is not to love about this place. The unexpected home cooked breakfast on our first morning there was delicious also. A departing hug just sealed the deal - this was a special place!!!

The hotel is new and in tip-top condition. Our room was well furbished, everything was clean, and breakfast provided us with a great start to the day. We particularly appreciated the nice receptionists who were always in a great mood and ready to help us with any questions we had.
