The Hotel is an excellent choice as far as location (lower Manhattan near Wall Street) is concern, in a very safe area. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The Fulton Street station accommodates multiple subway lines making it extremely easy to go around Manhattan. Highly recommended.

It was great to see that the room was cleaned every day, really inspiring to have some great vinyls that you can play with the seats close to the bedroom where really comfortable to read relax after a good day at work the kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is big enough to store everything that is really necessary or even the unnecessary. The oven and the microwaves are quite practical as well.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!
