The location is great—right on the edge of the main strip of upscale hotels in Mũi Né. While there’s no direct access to the main beach, the property has its own separate area for swimming in the sea, accessible via stairs. The main beach is 5 min away by foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from booking a bus to another city, arranging massages and local excursions, to organizing private airport transfers and a late check-out that matched our departure schedule. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the team there was just as warm and welcoming. Perfect place to wind down for a few days or stay for a kitesurfing holiday.

I know hidden gem gets thrown around a lot in reviews but this is real. It's away from the main part of Mui Ne. Less than 10mins ride from the Hanh Cafe sleeper bus drop off point. And it is also off the main road. So it nice and peaceful. And when you step in, oh my gawd, the space is truly gorgeous. Multiple rooms scattered around the villa in different configurations and on different floors. Each room is furnished beautifully with a calm and relaxation in mind. My room came with a huge outdoor bath area and huge bathtub too. Each room had a small patio to chill at, mine even came with a hammock. Nice pool to tan at with a small bar by the side. Large breakfast area, and also a lounge area at the front of the property. The staff will check you in and the owner will also drop you a text to give some info. You can rent a scooter with them or have them arrange transport for you. But Mui Ne traffic is easy and safe to navigate via scooter. There's a restaurant less than 200m away, owned by the same owner of the villa, that serves a variety of dishes both local and international. There's a cafe out on the main road if you need your coffee fix. Red Sand Dunes is 5mins away. White Sand Dunes is about 30mins away. BeachSide House Mui Ne II dispone de vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Ấp Khánh Phước (1), a 5 min a pie de Playa Mui Ne. Everything was perfect! The room was clean and big, the staff friendly and the location was good as well. Thank you !

I really had the best stay in wanderlust and also had the best sleep of my life. I have been travelling Asia for 3 months now and this has been my favourite hotel room and favourite bed. The staff were so extremely helpful they helped me organise my bus to meet at the hotel instead of ticket office. 2 pools which are both very clean. Overall an amazing stay here and recommend anyone and everyone to stay here
