The accommodation offers evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. This is the best hostel in town, believe me - I tried. After staying one night I decided to go to a different hostel because I wanted less of a party vibe, but I came back to this hostel afterwards because I realized it has the best facilities. The beds are super comfortable and clean with curtains and shelf room, the dorm is quiet and very clean and an A/C was working in the room to insure comfortable temperature (fans also available), huge lockers, boiling hot water in the shower (though not sure if it runs out at some point) with great water pressure. The breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with eggs made to order and even some fruit and vegetables. Also, there were many extra toilets and showers on the first floor so even if the en-suite in the room is occupied you can use them instead. I was very impressed with the facilities in this place, it's very rare in Vietnam. The staff was also super helpful with everything and spoke good English. Also, all the inter-city buses stop at this hostel so it's super comfortable when traveling to or from Phong Nha.

This place is amazing we had a great stay, the location was perfect we had such a lovely view of the lake from our room and a really nice outside patio area that we could sit out on. The girls who work here are so lovely always smiling and willing to help you with anything, they are a credit to the place. The breakfast was so good, lots and lots of options. We ate here most evenings as well and the food was great! We all really loved the animals on site, dogs, cats, rabbits and some gorgeous pigs 😊 this has been our favourite place to stay on our travels.

I arrived very early and he made sure I could take a hot shower to freshen up and he made me some yummy breakfast. At the facility, I could rent a motorbike and Huy arranged a really good tour. I am glad I did the tour instead of going to the caves myself, it added so much depth to hear the stories from the guide. All in all, thank you so much Huy, you were the perfect host!

This was the best accommodation I had in Vietnam. The location is close enough to the main road, but still far away to enjoy the silence. Everything was really, really clean. They have a no shoes policy which I find it very helpful to maintain everything clean. I've also enjoyed the breakfast, the hosts, the facilities, everything. But what I like the most was actually our host, Tutu. Tutu is amazing. She will go above and beyond to make sure that you really enjoy your trip in Phong Nha. She is so friendly and welcome and kind. From the bottom of my heart I recommend this accommodation ❤️.
