The service was exceptional, and the reception staff were always welcoming and smiling, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s luxury and elegance reminded me of Burj Al Arab, and what made my stay even more exciting was seeing many important personalities and celebrities around. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, cafés, and restaurants, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and convenience. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prishtina!

The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious and functional. We had two separate bedrooms, that accomodated comfortable the whole family of four. Good aircondition in both living room and other bedroom. Proper shower and washing machines for dishes and clothes (with washing detergent!). Hosts were very informative, friendly and helpful, and they have made a lot of small things to make sure that guests enjoy their stay at the apartment. Our stay at Pristina was wonderful and one reason was this accomodation.

Prado Apartments se encuentra en Pristina, a 7 min a pie de Museo Etnográfico Emin Gjiku y a 800 metros de Monumento a Skanderbeg. Nos ha encantado! Drilon ha sido súper atento desde antes de nuestra llegada. Nos indicó todo a la perfección y ha sido súper amable y servicial con nosotros. Nos ha dado muchos detalles de que ver y donde comer cenar etc. hicimos caso a sus recomendaciones y la cena fue espectacular. Todas las instalaciones; habitación parking edificio … son nuevas y están impecables. La verdad que lo recomendaré sin ninguna duda.

The shower was warm and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely recommend it. The staff are very friendly, especially Edward. Ask Edward for suggestions on where to eat/dine; he will not disappoint! All in all, this was a really wonderful stay, and if I come again to Pristina, I will surely stay in the same hotel!

The owner was exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, and respectful. A highly recommended experience — absolutely no regrets
