Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine. We were warmly welcomed by the host, and loved the nice homely cottage. There was a nice fireplace with lots of wood available, which we put to good use. Shower, toilet, kitchen, beds were great, and breakfast was also awesome.

The lodge really exceeded all our expectations! We had a great stay. It has breathtaking views from executive room. The rooms have excellent design, comfortable and clean. The hosts are nice. This lodge is a must-visit on a trip to Kruger park or back just for relaxing. I very rarely rate hotels as 10, but this is one of the few.
